Explain whether you are the registered owner, acting with the owner's permission, an administrator, or another authorized representative.

Photographs and documents

Your documents and submission files are stored privately. They will not be displayed publicly unless Stonegate completes its review and obtains the necessary authorization.

Upload recent, clear photographs showing the property, access road, boundaries, exterior, and relevant interior areas. You may select multiple files. Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum: 6 photos, 5 MB per file. Avoid images containing identification documents, unrelated people, bank details, or other private information. Submission photographs remain private until Stonegate verifies and approves them for publication.
